We are passionate about improving our communication with the parents and carers of children that attend Cleaswell Hill School.

 

Following recent feedback from parent and staff questionnaires, we have invested in a new communication system named ‘SchoolPing’, which features a Cleaswell Hill School app, payments module, email and text messaging service.

 

The ‘SchoolPing’ app is free to download via the app store on Apple and Android mobile phones. ‘School Ping’ can also be accessed via a computer using the link on our school website or with the URL cleaswellhill-northumberland.secure-dbprimary.com

 

Login details for the ‘SchoolPing’ app have been sent home with all pupils. Please login to the app and change your password as soon as possible. Please also ensure that notifications are turned on within your phone settings to provide instant access to messages.

 

The ‘SchoolPing’ app will be used to distribute letters, forms and important information in conjunction with physical letters to all parents until October half term. Following October half term, ‘SchoolPing’ will be our primary method of contact with parents.

 

Cleaswell Hill School will also be using ‘SchoolPing’ as our primary payment method for school trips, etc. after October half term.

 

‘SchoolPing’ will use the email and mobile number that we currently have on file; If you do not have access to a mobile device or computer or your contact details have changed recently please contact the school office as soon as possible.
