A Head teacher’s Award, Merit Awards and prizes are also given out.

Parents/Carers are invited to attend assemblies throughout the year.

We also raise awareness and understanding by promoting special religious festivals, celebrations and events, including Mind’s ‘Time to Talk’ day, Blue Friday for Anti-Bullying Week , Safer Internet Day and World Book Day.

School Clubs

Cleaswell Hill School runs a number of lunchtime clubs. Those currently on offer are as below. These are changeable according to pupil request. Older pupils are encouraged to support clubs for their younger peers to act as mentors and buddies.

The After School Clubs run throughout the year on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings 3.30-4.30pm.

We also offer a summer holiday club for two weeks in August with Active Northumberland
