Our friend Ryan has been keeping busy!

His mum tells us that Ryan has been doing something amazing. He has become a pen pal to people in care homes. What a wonderful way to help others. We are very proud of you Ryan. I’m sure that your pen pal is very grateful to have such a kind, funny and thoughtful person sending them letters and notes.

It’s also good to hear that you have been doing lots of mindfulness and learning all about how your brain works!
