Good Morning Cleaswell Hill!
We hope you all have had a good week.

First we will start with The Prayer by Aidan.
What did you get up to last night at 8pm?
Have you been taking part in ‘The Clap’ for the NHS workers every Thursday night?
Lots of children have been. They have clapped, banged pans with spoons, beeped car horns and cheered.
Why have we done this?
Do you know what the reason is?
Our NHS workers are all of the people who are very brave and work very hard to keep us healthy.
These people include:
☆ Doctors
☆ Nurses
☆ Hospital cleaners
☆ Carers
☆ Physiotherapists
And lots of other workers too!
There are lots of people who help us everyday, but we can help other people too.
When we help other people it makes them happy and smile at us.
When people are happy with us, and smile it, can make us feel good too.
It is a good thing to help other people.
How could you help someone?
☆ You could set the table for lunch
☆ You could call somebody who might miss you – like your grandparents or other important people
☆ you could help read a story to a brother or sister
☆ you could help to clean the car or tidy toys
☆ giving someone a hug if they are upset
Your challenge for this week is to do something that helps someone else.
Helping will make other people happy with us and can make us feel good too.
Our sign of the week is… Help Others
Now it is time for our wish.
Let’s sing together – we have two songs today.
Its…. Keiron!!! We’ve all missed singing along in assembly with you!
and here’s a fantastic song to learn some makaton too!
Have good weekend everybody!
